At Tracteur-Bits, well received goods and client satisfaction are our goals.
Order dispatch :
All received orders are prepared and sent after receiving payment. Unless we are out of stock all orders are sent within 5 days by transporter. In the eventual case of a problem or of longer delays, the client will be contacted by email by our services. All deliveries are grouped and the fees are calculated by the total weight of the order, with prices fixed by the transporter.
Don't forget to add your TELEPHONE NUMBER when you create an account, or to update your account if you didn't add it the first time. Your telephone number is necessary for the delivery services and is therefore essential for your orders to be delivered in good time.
Please note however that for all deliveries outside of France the delivery fees and delays may be higher.
Shipping methods :
Parcel Delivery
We offer various delivery choices in an effort to meet all of your needs.
All orders under 250g are sent via envelope or lettre suivie.
All orders under 30Kg (between 500g and 30Kg) are sent in boxes. Our customers then have a choice between GLS, Colissimo ou Mondial Relay :
- GLS Chez vous + : This is our standard service
24/48h home delivery, Monday to Friday, signature required.
An email/sms is received in advance to inform of the date and time for delivery
- GLS Relais : 24/48h delivery to a GLS relay point
The choice of relay point is offered directly on the "delivery" page
Signed for delivery at the relay point
- Colissimo home or relais: 48/72h home delivery Monday to Saturday no signature required or relay/post office delivery.
- Mondial Relay : 3 to 5 days to a designated relay point or "locker"
PIN code required.
Click & Collect :
Click & Collect means that you can place your order online then come and pick it up from our warehouse as soon as it is ready.
This method is obviously free of charge and you will recieve an email to let you know when the order is available.

Returns and Credit notes :
If you wish to return an item please contact us first via email or the returns form.
We ask clients to please explain the motif (order error, compatibility isue, no longer needed, etc)
To be eligible for return all items must be sent back in their original packaging and as "new".
In accord with the French legislation and article L.121-20 of the Code de Consommation all customers can return any item within 30 days after delivery. The items cost (excluding delivery charge) will then be fully reimbursed according to the original payment method. The 30 days is applicable starting date of delivery.
After the 30 day period any return request must be made directly with customer services. If accepted the clients account will be credited with an "avoir" (credit note) to the value of the returned items.
We retain the right to refuse any returns claims made after the 30 day period, for these returns no refund can be made, only avoirs will be issued.
If an item is thought to have a manufacturing fault or problem, the return fees are to be paid by the buyer. Once returned, the item will be tested. If the item is indeed found to be faulty these delivery fees will be reimbursed and the item exchanged.
If the item is found to be in perfect working condition no refund will be made and the item will be returned to the buyer.
