Goods may not be returned without prior written permission and goods that have been correctly supplied are liable for a 15% handling charge. Good supplied that are incorrect must be returned within two weeks of purchase. Tracteur-Bits will not be liable to refund the postage cost for returning the goods to ourselves.
Tracteur-bits shall not be liable for loss, injury or any damage relating to parts supplied by ouvselves. All parts are only to be fitted by competent persons.
The onus is upon the customer to have full insurance on the items supplied, either if for the use of the purchaser or purchased in the intent to re-sell. Goods should be checked upon receipt for damage or faults.
We reserve the right to alter our prices at any time without prior notification.
If you think you can buy a part cheaper elsewhere, then we will do our best to beat the price quoted. We must know which company is offering the lower price to ensure the quality is of the same standard as our own.
